Preorder Cancellation Policy

Ebook & audiobook preorders: Your book is delivered automatically on release day. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before release day using the "Cancel order" link in your preorder confirmation email, or by emailing valerietwombly@gmail.com with your order number. Once the book has been delivered, the sale is final (see our Refund Policy).

Signed paperback preorders (US only): You can cancel for a full refund any time before your book ships.

Release date changes: If a release date moves, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.

Customers in the EU and UK: You have a 14-day right to withdraw from your order. Because preorders aren't delivered until release day, you can cancel any time before delivery begins.
